Mold and moisture that fosters mold growth is always
a concern during, and certainly after, restoration. Often
visible, it's also often present in areas that are not so
obvious - places like, behind paneling, inside wall cavities,
top sides of ceiling panels, underneath carpets and pads,
on thermal or acoustic liners in duct work, under roofing, etc.

It is essential to halt water intrusion, tread effected material
and begin drying immediately to best defend against mold growth.

  • We dry the structure and its contents. Either on-site or in-house.
  • We remove the carpet and pad - and other contents - to dry and disinfect.
  • We repair damage to the structure, including stucco.
  • We "dig deep" and take the necessary preventive measures to help ensure things like warping, swelling, buckling and delaminating of the structural components, and certain contents, don't occur later on.
  • We identify and test all problem areas of the damaged site. Not just the obvious ones.
  • We remove and repair contaminated contents.
  • We remediate mold problems.
